Delete your account and data

How to request deletion

1. Open the app and sign in to the account you want deleted.
2. Go to Settings → Delete my account.
3. Confirm your password, optionally tell us why, and submit the request.
4. You'll see a confirmation with the scheduled deletion date. You can cancel any time during the 30-day window by signing back in.

Can't sign in? Email privacy@omnishopguardian.com from the address on your account and we'll process the request for you.

Timeline

Your account is deactivated immediately and permanently deleted 30 days after the request. The 30-day window exists so an accidental or unauthorized request can be reversed. Once the window closes, deletion is permanent and the data cannot be recovered.

What gets deleted

• Account profile: name, email, phone number, business name and shop address
• Shop settings: chairs, staff stations, hours, rent, tax and pay targets
• Appointments, closeout ledgers, tickets, tips and revenue history
• Client records: names, phone numbers, notes, technical cards and formulas
• Client photos stored in the private gallery
• SMS consent records, message history and marketing/social drafts
• Voice command logs, compliance and license records, launch documents

What may be retained, and for how long

• Payment and subscription records held by Square, our payment processor, for their own legal and financial-reporting obligations
• Invoice and tax records we are legally required to keep, retained in a limited form and not used for any other purpose
• Anonymized, aggregated usage statistics that cannot identify you

Financial and tax records are kept only as long as applicable law requires, then deleted on the same schedule as the rest of your data.

Export your data first

Before deleting, you can request a copy of your data from Settings → Request my data. The export is prepared as a downloadable file. Deletion cannot be undone once complete, so download anything you need first.
