We collect log data, device identifiers, browser type, IP address, and interaction events to improve performance, detect fraud, and personalize your experience.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When you delete your account, we will remove or anonymize your data in accordance with our retention schedule.

The Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us so we can delete it promptly.

8. SMS / Text Messaging Privacy Policy

No information sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Your phone number is used solely to deliver the Services you have requested, such as appointment reminders, booking confirmations, and account notifications.

Types of text messages

We may send transactional, appointment-related, and informational text messages. Examples include appointment reminders, booking confirmations, cancellation notices, marketing alerts you have opted into, and customer service replies.

Message frequency and rates

Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity and account settings. Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency is not guaranteed and may change with usage.

Opt-out and help instructions

You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by texting the word “STOP” to the number from which you received our message. After you send “STOP,” we will send you a confirmation text to acknowledge your opt-out. You may also adjust your SMS preferences in your account Settings.

Carriers

Supported carriers may vary and are subject to individual carrier terms and conditions. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
